Principals are eager to distribute The Guidebook to all their students!

During their annual conference in Austin, secondary school principals asked us for more resources related to the college selection and admission process.

To do this, we need your help. Join us in helping distribute The Guidebook FREE to every high school student in Texas!

Instead of charging the students or schools to produce The Guidebook, we provide organizations — like yours — an incredible opportunity:

The Guidebook is the first-ever, full-color ePublication featuring all of the 73 four-year, accredited colleges and universities in Texas with a residential campus. Actually, it is the first publication of any type with each Texas college featured on an entire profile page packed with up-to-date information.

We created The Guidebook to be completely interactive with embedded videos and direct links to the best available resources.

The TX College Guidebook is distributed free to all Texas students — thanks to sponsors like you.

To reach more than 1.5 million Texas high school students, Postsecondary Pathways is creating an extensive distribution network. The goal is for students to directly receive a copy of the guidebook from more than one source.

Rate Details
Rates are subject to change. All prices are NET RATES and reflect price per ad, per issue. We do not pay agency commissions or give agency discounts. We can provide accredited agencies with gross invoices, however, upon request.

Premium Placement -- Must Act Now!
If you would like your full-page ad to be adjacent to a particular university, reserve your space immediately! There is only ONE premium placement available per university. First reserved, first served.

Directly link students to your website!

Interactive Ads
Since The Guidebook is interactive, you can drive students and their families directly to your website and social media channels!

We encourage you to include the following components in your ad:

  • Direct link to your website (link your logo image, as well as a more explicit link)

  • Link to a video hosted on Vimeo or YouTube (we can provide a complimentary YouTube or Vimeo still image from your video for the link)

  • Link to your social media accounts

If you have other creative ideas, please ask! We want the students to enjoy the ads, as much as the guide.

Opportunity to Change/Rotate Your Ad
We invite you to change your ad copy — up to 3 times per month with no additional charge. Highlight upcoming events, such as Preview Days or deadlines. Showcase different departments or programs. It is completely up to you!

Artwork Assistance
We are happy to ensure your ad is a professional representation of you and your company. Our production team is available to discuss these specifications and help with technical issues.

If you would like, our graphic designers are available to create your ad. The designers are offering the rate of $50/hour for TX College Guidebook advertisers.

Fonts & Image Specs

  • PDF submissions must have fonts embedded.

  • Use RGB colors.

  • All images must be 300 dpi at 100%.

  • Low resolution images and images pulled from websites will reproduce poorly and will not be accepted.

Since ad space is limited in The TX College Guidebook — we are offering you the opportunity to reserve your space with a courtesy hold. A sales representative will follow-up within one business day to discuss your needs and finalize your ad placement.

Our launch is just now beginning! The open rate on our first email blast was 27%. Now, comes the social media and distribution through all channels, including partner organizations.
